The City Limit Band's Occasional Newsletter

February 17, 2004Up-to-date news about TCLB ! Right!
What's happened lately?
Since the last newsletter, a whole lot! New Years for one! How was everyones? We didn't play again this year... maybe this year we'll play in your favorite club! We've been out to the Country Rose in North Platte, Bluffs Run in Council Bluffs IA, and Our House - Coyote Willys. Someday they'll probably outlaw havin' such a good time. One of my New Year resolutions was to keep up better on sending this newsletter out, so scratch that one...
John's Jolt For The Week
“Any musician who says he is playing better either on tea, the needle, or when he is juiced, is a plain straight liar . . . You can miss the most important years of your life, the years of possible creation.
- Charlie Parker (1920–1955), U.S. jazz musician.

From the band that is just juiced on the music...
