What happened last week?

As you can see, I have been slacking on the newsletter. Sorry Keith! My only excuse is, I'm a father of 6, work a full(and then some)-time job, plus computer work on the side, and am in 2 bands. Anyway, we had a killer time at the Madison County Fair. The concerts were awesome, Kellie Coffey was great, and her band and the stage and sound crew were really way too cool! As always we had a smokin' time at the Country Rose in North Platte. Thanks John! I was on vacation in Wisconsin to see my home-folk last week. Walked into a bar with some of my old friends, and landed at my 25 year high school pre-reunion party. I had no idea, Surprise, Surprise!

What's coming up?

On the 22nd of August, it's the "Friday Nights Live" Concert Series @
South Pointe Pavillions in Lincoln, NE. Performances will be in the Center Courtyard from 6:30PM to 8:30PM. This was great last year, come on out and support us and let the passing shoppers see and hear what a City Limit experience is all about. After that is our debut at the Bluffs Run Casino in Council Bluffs, IA on the 26th & 27th of August. If you're a loyal fan, please don't miss this road trip to the other side of Omaha. We want to show the Bluffs what a good country band can do for this club, and how many people are still craving for live country music. This is a Tuesday and Wednesday night, so plan on a rough work day the next day, but it'll be worth it! Immediately after that Keith Wilson and I will be heading to St. Louis for the 2003 International Steel Guitar Convention. There is no way to describe this event, you have to experience it yourself! Meet me in St Louis!
